As Junior Manager Strategy (m/w/d), you will have the exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future development of our company through active project management, proactive analysis of market data, process control of OKR-management system, ownership for the (contractual) relationships to important business partners, taking on special projects and preparing decision templates for management.

This is a high-visibility role for a strategic, operationally-minded program owner to lead CXI-wide offsite planning, executive engagement programming, and cross-functional feedback activation. This role will also serve as a core project manager and thought partner for org-wide initiatives, ensuring clarity, accountability, and delivery across key programs. The role requires strong stakeholder management skills.

This role will work closely with Emily Oehlsen and George Rosenfeld to lead the wider GCR team, with a focus on supporting our existing programs, developing a forward-looking strategy, and growing the team and its impact. This role sits further from our day-to-day grantmaking work than the others in this round but provides direct access to senior leadership and decision-making.
